William Roberts, Cefn Tyddyn, Pistill, Farmer : Will 1830.
In the Name of God. Amen.I William Roberts of Cefn Tyddyn in the Parish of Pistill, in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being poorly in health of body and in perfect state of mind and memory praised be God, do this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord 1830, make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say.
I give and devise unto my beloved wife Elinor Roberts the lease which I have for Cefn Tyddyn.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Roberts the sum of twelve pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son William Roberts the sum of eighteen pounds.
And the above bequeaths are to be paid as follows.
To my son Robert the sum of five pounds are to be paid at the end of the first year after my decease and five pounds at the end of the second year after my decease and two pounds at the end of the third year after my decease.
Also the sum of six pounds are to be paid to my son William the fourth year after my decease, and the sum of six pounds at the end of the fifth year after my decease, and the sum of six pounds at the end of the sixth year after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Roberts my Bible, called Clark's Bible.
As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same unto my beloved wife Elinor Roberts whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint to be Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Roberts as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the second day of June in the year of our Lord 1835, the aforesaid written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Eleanor Roberts, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £100.
