Mary Jones, Twnti'r gors, Llannor, Spinster : Will 1857.

In the Name of God Amen.

I Mary Jones of Twnti'r gors in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Spinster, being in health of body and of sound disposing mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same, do this first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three (1853) make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.

Firstly I give and bequeath unto my brother William Jones of Pwllheli the sum of one pound.

Also I give and bequeath unto my sister Catherine Jenkins of Pwllheli, Widow the sum of one pound.

Also I give and bequeath unto my sister Eleanor Jones Pwllheli, Widow the sum of one pound.

Also I give and bequeath unto my sister in law Catherine, Widow of my late brother Robert Jones the sum of five pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William Roberts, son of my sister Anne Roberts the sum of five pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Mary Roberts daughter of my said sister Anne Roberts the sum of twenty pounds with interest thereon until she arrives to the age of twenty one years.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Anne Roberts daughter of my said sister Anne Roberts the sum of five pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth Roberts, daughter of my said sister Anne Roberts the sum of five pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my said sister Anne Roberts, Widow, the sum of five pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my brother Humphrey Williams, late of Twnti'r gors the sum of one pound. As to all my Reeal and Landed property of where and or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give devise and bequeath the same unto my brother John Jones and his heirs for ever, excepting the two houses and premises now held by John Deal, I give to him my said brother John Jones during his lifetime and after his decease, I give devise and bequeath my share of the said five houses and premises now in the holding of the said John Deal, equally unto and between the four children of my sister Anne Roberts, namely, William, Anne, Mary and Elizabeth Roberts, their heirs and assigns for ever.

All the rest of my personal estate of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said brother John Jones, absolutely and for ever.

Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said brother John Jones, Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first before written. Signed sealed published and declared by said Testatrix Mary Jones as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the fifteenth day of July in the year of our Lord 1857 the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executor John Jones, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
