John Roberts, Brynhynog, Llannor : Will 1853.

I John Roberts of Brynhunog in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.

I give and bequeath to my beloved Nephew William Jones the son of my Brother Robert Jones all the Goods and every thing that I may be possessing at the time of my death.

I do appoint my said Nephew Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twelfth day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty three.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above John Roberts to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us whom have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the Testator.

On the eleventh day of August in the year of our Lord 1853 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor William Jones, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

The deceased died on or before the fourteenth day of July 1853.
