Robert Williams, Tyddyn Ucha, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1853.

The last Will and Testament of Robert Williams of Tyddyn Ucha in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer as follows.

First I give and bequeath to my mother Anne Williams the interest of eighty pounds (being money due to me on promisory notes from the Trustees of Penmount Chapel, Pwllheli, from the Executors of the late John Roberts Bwlch y Pistill and from William Jones Llithfaen Fawr) for her life.

Also I give and bequeath to my sisters Elizabeth, the wife of Robert Owen, Tyn y Pant Bodvean, and Anne the wife of John Williams, Tyn y Mynydd Mynytho, Llangian after the death of my mother, the above sum of eighty pounds, that is to say forty pounds to each of them.

Also I give and bequeath to my brother in law John Williams the cow which he has now belonging to me. Also I give and bequeath to Catharine Hughes, Gefail gors tyn rhos and to Rowland Williams my Nephew and to Jane Roberts Glan yr afon gwnis, one sheep and one lamb each, the above sheep noe being at Mynydd Mawr, Parish of Abererch.

Also I give and bequeath to my mother Anne Williams whom I likewise constitute make and ordain the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, all my farming implements and all my farming stock of whatsoever nature soever.

I further beg of my relation Mr Hugh Williams Gors Goch, that he will keep in his possession all the notes of hand or other documents I may have for money and see that my mother is paid the Interest of the above mentioned sum of eighty pounds regularly, also to see that the said sum of eighty pounds, after my mother's death is paid out equally divided between my two sisters as before mentioned.

Signed sealed published and delivered by the said Robert Williams in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names this 7th day of April 1852.

On the twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executrix Anne Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

The deceased died on the 12th day of April 1852.
