John Evans, Cae Sion Howel, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1818.
In the name of God Amen. The twenty third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three (1803).I William Prichard of Tydu in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind memory and understanding, thanks be given unto God, calling into mind the mortality of my body, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament as follows, viz. Imprimis.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Evan the sum of twenty pounds.
I give and bequeath all and every the rest and residue of the Goods Chattels Credits and Effects I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease unto my said wife Mary Evan, and my children viz, Evan, Richard, Mary, William, Anne to be divided between them equally, share and share alike.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my aforesaid wife Mary Evan, and my aforesaid children Evan, Richard, Mary, William and Anne, to be joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and disannulling every other Will or Wills by me heretofore made or published declaring this to be my last. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Prichard as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto.

On the eighteenth day of October in the year of our Lord 1817, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executors, Mary Evan, Evan William, Richard William, Mary William, Anne William (William being dead), they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £200.
