Griffith Roberts, Caegaenor, Farmer, Llannor : Will 1847.
In the name of God Amen.I Griffith Roberts of Caegaenor in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being weak in body but sound in mind memory and understanding fo this fourth day of March 1847, make publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, viz.
First I give and bequeath unto my Brother Richard Roberts, the sum of Two Pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto my sister Jane Roberts the sum of Six Pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto Anne, wife of Humphrey Jones, Penrhydliniog Pwllheli the sum of Five Pounds.
As to the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto David Jones of Pwllheli, Butcher, and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said David Jones, Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
In the presence of Evan Evans Llannerch and Thomas Williams Parish Clerk. On the 31st day of March 1847 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above within named Executor David Jones, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.

The deceased died the 11th day of March 1847.
A true and perfect Inventory made and appraised by us (Gratis) to the effects of the late Griffith Roberts of Caegaenor in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon now deceased March 15th 1847.
