Robert Humphrey, Pandy bach, Llannor, Fuller : Will 1818.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Humphrey of Pandy bach in the Parish of Llannor in the Diocese of Bangor, County of Carnarvon, Fuller, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say.

I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Humphreys the sum of two pounds of lawful British money.

I also give and bequeath to my daughter Lowry Humphreys the sum of one pound of lawful British money.

I order all the above bequeaths and legacies to be paid within the first year after my decease.

And lastly, as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my personal estate, goods and chattels, of what kind or nature soever, I give and bequeath the same to my dear wife and my son Humphrey Roberts (to be equally divided between them), whom I hereby appoint Co-Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and make void all former Wills and Testaments made by me, (and I relate that my son Humphrey Roberts is already the sole possessor of the Puroe, the wardrobe and a table which are amongst my house's furniture). In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twelfth day of April in the fifty sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland the King Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord 1816.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Robert Humphreys to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the
Testator.

On the eleventh day of December in the year 1816 the above written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executors, Gwen Humphreys and Humphrey Roberts, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Credits of the late Robert Humphrey of Pandu bach in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Fuller deceased made and appraised by us (gratis) this 8th day of July in the year of our Lord 1816.
