Griffith, Roberts, Ty corniog, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1845.
In the name of God Amen.I Griffith Roberts of Tycorniog in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, di this thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven (1837), make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Gwen Parry the sum of Twenty Pounds, to be paid her in two years, the first ten pounds in twelve calendar months after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine the sum of One Pound.
Also I give and bequeath unto my grandson Griffith Roberts, now living with me the sum of Two Pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto my grandson Hugh Roberts now living with me the sum of One Pound.
The three last legacies to be paid in twelve months by my two sons Robert and Griffith out of their share of the property and one half of Gwen's legacy of Twenty Pounds to be paid by my wife out of her share, and the other half by my said sons out of their share. Also subject to the payment of the above, and one half of all my just debts funeral expenses and the proving of this my Will, I give and bequeath one half of all Goods Effects Chattels and Credits that I shall be possessed of unto my beloved wife Anne Roberts.
Also subject to the payment of the legacies above mentioned, and one half of all my just debts funeral expenses and the proving of this my Will I give and bequeath the other moiety or one half of my personal estate unto and between my said two sons Robert and Griffith, share and share alike.
Lastly I nominate and constitute my beloved wife Anne Roberts, Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first before written.

On the twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Anne Roberts, Widow, Sole Executrix named, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
