William Griffith, Eisteddfa, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1833.
In the name of God Amen.I William Griffith of Eisteddfa in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind memory and understanding, praised be God do this first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one (1831), make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
First I give and bequeath unto my son William Griffith the sum of one pound.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum shilling.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine the sum of one shilling.
As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my son in law Griffith Jones, now living with me.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said son in law Griffith Jones Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this and this only to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Griffith as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the thirteenth day of February in the year of our Lord 1833 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Griffith Jones, Sole Executor, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds.
