Jane Jones, Pensarn, Llannor, Widow : Will 1829.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Jones of Pensarn in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Widow.

First I give and bequeath to my sister Ellin Robinson the sum of twenty five pounds.

I give and bequeath to my Niece Sarah Anne Robinson the sum of twenty five pounds, which said legacies I direct to be paid within twelve calendar months next after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named.

I give and bequeath to Jane Jones Roberts daughter of John Roberts of Pensarn aforesaid and Jane his wife the sum of one hundred pounds.

I give and bequeath to Ellin Roberts one other daughter of the said John Roberts and Jane his wife the sum of one hundred pounds, which said several sums of money I direct to be paid to the said Jane Jones Roberts and Ellin Roberts when they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years or day or days of marriage which shall first happen, and the Interest thereof I direct to be paid to the said Jane the wife of the said John Roberts in the mean time and until they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years or be married, as aforesaid, towards their maintenance and support.

All the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever situate after payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Jane the wife of the said John Roberts her Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely free from the control debts and engagements of her husband the said John Roberts or any future husband she may marry.

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Jane the wife of the said John Roberts Sole Executrix of this my Will, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I the said Jane Jones the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal the tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Jane Jones as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

On the 15th day of April in the year of our Lord 1829 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Jane Roberts, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £450.
