William Williams, Sychnant (Pantrhwch), Llannor, Farmer : Will 1825.
In the name of God Amen.I William Williams of Sychnant in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being weak of body and perfect state of mind and memory, praised be God, do this third day of May in the year of our Lord 1822 make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say.
First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine the sum of three pounds.
I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary the sum of one pound and ten shillings.
I also give and bequeath unto my son John the sum of two shillings and sixpence.
I also give and bequeath unto my son Hugh the sum of two shillings and sixpence.
I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane the sum of two shillings and sixpence.
I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum of two shillings and sixpence.
As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects, of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane Prichard. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Jane Prichard, Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
On the twenty first day of April in the year of our Lord 1825 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Jane Prichard, alias Jane Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £20.
