Owen Prichard, Rhyllech Isa, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1814.
In the name of God Amen.I Owen Prichard of Rhyllach Isa in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Widower, being in sound mind memory and understanding, do make and declare my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.
In the first place I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ellin, wife of Robert David of Mathan in the Parish of Bodvean the sum of twenty five pounds.
I give devise and bequeath unto my children Jane, William, Mary, Anne the lease which I now hold and enjoy of this farm under Evan Prichard for the term of seventeen years yet unexpired more or less, for their joint use, benefit and advantage, share and share alike, nevertheless subject to the payment of the above legacy and all other my just debts equally between them.
I give and bequeath unto my children namely Jane, William, Mary and Anne all my personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever they may be at the time of my decease.
And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my above named children, viz Jane, William, Mary and Anne to be Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament making void and disannulling every other Will or Wills by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last. As witness my hand this 28th day of May in the year of our Lord 1805.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Owen Prichard as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us whom all of us in his presence and at his request do subscribe our names as witnesses.

On the 21st day of February in the year of our Lord 1814 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executors Jane, William, Mary and Anne Owen, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to three hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credits and Effects of the late Owen Prichard of Rhyllech Isa in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, deceased made and appraised by us (gratis) this first day of January in the year of our Lord 1814.
