John Williams, Rhyllach Ucha, Llannor, Farmer/Widower : Will 1808.
In the name of God Amen. The first day of April 1803.I John Williams of Rhyllach Ucha in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Widower, being sick and weak in body, but of a perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, viz. Imprimis.
My Will is that my Executors hereinafter named do pay unto my sons William and Evan the sum of four pounds each with Interest thereon, bequeathed unto them by the last Will and Testament of my late Mother in Law, Jane Jones.
I give and bequeath unto my above named sons William Jones and Evan Jones the sum of ten pounds each.
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ellin Jones of Brynrodyn the sum of twenty pounds and one feather bed, the one I myself lay on.
I give and bequeath all and every the rest of my Effects Goods and Chattels unto my daughter Mary Jones, the wife of Owen Hughes.
And I do hereby constitute make and ordain my son in law Owen Hughes and Mary his wife to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling every other Will or Wills by me heretofore made or published declaring this to be my last. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said John Williams as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who do subscribe our names as witnesses.

On the 21st day of July in the year of our Lord 1818 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executors Owen Hughes and Mary his wife, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Credits and Effects of the late John Williams of Rhyllach Ucha in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer deceased, made and appraised by us (gratis) this 21st day of July in the year of our Lord 1808.
