William Williams, Tydu, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1806.
In the name of God Amen.The second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three (1803).
I William Williams of Tydu in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being sick and weak in body but of a perfect mind memory and understanding, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following.
First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Williams the sum of one shilling.
I give and bequeath unto my sons David Williams and Owen Williams one half of all and singular Goods and Effects that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease, which is to be divided between them share and share alike.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Eleanor Owen the other one half of all the Goods Chattels and Effects that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease, and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Eleanor Owen to be Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and disannulling every other Will or Wills by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Williams as his last Will and Testament in our presence who do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto.

On the fifteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six (1806), the within Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Eleanor Owen, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true and perfect Inventory of the Goods Credits and Effects of the late William Williams of Tydu in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, deceased made and appraised by us whose names are hereunto subscribed this 19th day of May 1804.
