Henry Prichard, Penybont, Llannor, Farmer : Will 1802.
In the name of God Amen.I Henry Prichard of Penybont in the Parish of Llannor the County of Carnarvon, Farmer being of sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same, but considering the uncertainty of this life, do make this my last Will and Testmanent in manner and form following (that is to say).
First I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved daughter Anne the sum of twenty shillings of good and lawful money of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son in law Griffith the sum of five shillings.
Also I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved wife Cathrine all the rest and residue of all my Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and where soever, whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 29th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Henry Prichard as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses. David Williams Saython Lewis George On the 21st day of August in the year of our Lord 1802 the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £60.
