Robert Jones, Penllwyn, Llannor, Yeoman : Will 1802.

In the name of God Amen.

On the twenty first day of May in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ, one thousand eight hundred and one, I Robert Jones of Penllwyn in the Parish of Llannor and Diocese of Bangor in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being under some indisposition of health but of same mind memory and understanding, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, viz.

First of all, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Cathrine three pounds no more.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my grandson Robert Williams, son of William Evans one pound. Item. I give and bequeath unto my grand daughters Mary Williams and Margaret Williams, daughters of the said William Evans between, cupboard dresser, oak dresser and four grwat plates and nine small plates, little oak cupboard and oak chest, jointly no more.

As for the residue of my Goods Cattle and Chattels and Effects I give and bequeath the same unto my grandson William Williams the son of above named William Evans whom I nominate and appoint Sole Executor of my last Will and Testament, nulling all other former Will or Wills hereto for made by me ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the date and year above written.

Published pronounced and delivered by the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names.

On the 20th day of August in the year of our Lord 1802 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executor William Williams, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £50.

An Inventory of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Robert Jones, late of Penllwyn in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, deceased, taken and made by John Williams, William Thomas and Thomas Roberts this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord 1802.
