Anne Griffith, Tyddyn Llwydyn, Llannor, Widow : Will 1795.
In the name of God Amen.I Anne Griffith of Tyddyn Llwydin in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Widow being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
I give and bequeath unto my well beloved son Griffith Jones the sum of five shillings.
I give and bequeath unto my well beloved daughter Margaret the wife of William Griffith of Taihirion in the Parish of Bodvean in the County aforesaid, Farmer the sum of five shillings.
I give and bequeath unto my grandson John son of the said William Griffith of Taihirion the sum of six pounds of lawful English Money.
I give and bequeath unto my grandson John son of the afroresaid Griffith Jones the like sum of six pounds.
I give and bequeath unto my grandson John son of Evan Parry of Penychain in the Parish of Llanarmon in the said County, Farmer the sum of twenty shillings.
I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Catherine daughter of the aforesaid Evan Parry the sum of twenty shillings.
I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Anne daughter of Morris Thomas of Nyth y Cacwn in the Parish of Llangian in the said County, my 3 brewing brass cans.
Also I give unto my well beloved son Humphrey Jones the above named Morris Thomas and Hugh Griffith of Tynycoed in the Parish of Denio in the said County whom I likewise constitute and make and ordain Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my Cash Goods and Chattels whatsoever I an possessed of by them to be possessed and enjoyed and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former Wills and Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Anne Griffith as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.

On the 22nd day of September in the year of our Lord 1795 the above or within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within Executors Humphrey Jones, Morris Thomas and Hugh Griffith, they being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists (and have alledged that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Testatrix Anne Griffith, Widow doth not amount to the sum of one hundred pounds) as the Law directs.

On the 25th day of September 1795 probate of this Will was granted to Humphrey Jones the son of the deceased - Morris Thomas and Hugh Griffith the Executors named in the said Will having been first sworn duly to Administer.
