Owen Cadwalader, Trauan, Llannor, Yeoman : Will 1792.
In the name of God Amen.I Owen Cadwalader of Traian in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman being sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God, as touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved wife Gaynor Cadwalader the sum of five pounds every year during the term of her natural life to be paid her £1.5.0 every quarter after the day of my death towards her maintenance and the bed and bedding which I now lie in. I give her only for her lifetime and afterwards to my Executor.
Also I give and bequeath unto my well beloved son Owen Owen whom I likewise constitute make and ordain Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my cash goods and chattels whatsoever I am possessed of by him to be possessed and enjoyed and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former Wills and legacies bequest and Executors by me in any way before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this the twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Owen Cadwalader as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.

On the 12th day of December in the year of our Lord 1792 the above or within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor Owen Owen of the Parish of Denio, Singleman, in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, he being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists (and alledged that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased doth not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
