Robert Morgan, Rallt Ddu, Llannor, Yeoman : Will 1782.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Morgan of Rallt Ddu in the Parish of Llannor in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being infirm in body, but of a perfect mind memory and understanding, thanks be given unto God, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.

First I give and bequeath to my well beloved son John Roberts all my clothes belonging for my body.

Also I give and bequeath to my said son John Roberts the Bible.

Also I give and bequeath to my said son John Roberts one bed and two blankets.

Also I give and bequeath to Mary Thomas my dearly beloved wife, whom I likewise nominate constitute and appoint make and ordain the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, all and every of the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels of what kind and nature where soever and whatsoever, and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former Testament, Wills, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteen day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty two.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names. Humphrey Jones

May the 23rd 1782 on which day the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the Executrix within named, she being first sworn as the Law directs, saving etc.
