Richard William, Gochwillan, Llanllechid, : Will 1823.
In the name of God Amen.I Richard William of Gochwillan in the Parish of Llanllechyd and County of Carnarvon, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in the form and manner following that is to say.
I give and bequeath the share which I have conjointly with my brother Owen upon Gochwillan to my said brother, who is to have ? and full possesion of it at my death.
I also give and bequeath to my niece Alice, the wife of Hugh Evan, Miller, living at Melin Gochwillan, the sum of Twenty shillings.
As to the rest of my Property, Goods, Chattels of every kind I may be possesed of at the time of my decease, and whwerever they may be found; I give and bequeath the same to my niece Grace, the wife of John William, now living here with me; whom I hereby appoint my Executor of this my last Will and Testament, charging him to fulfill the same according to the true intents hereof witness my hand and seal, this 11th day of February in the year of our Lord 1833.

Codicil to the before mentioned Will.
I having omitted through inadvertence the name of my Niece Catherine Owen, now living with her parents at Gochwillan, do hereby bequeath to her the sum of Twenty shillings, to be paid her by the Executor of this my last Will dated the day and the year before mentioned,

On the 21st day of November 1823 the above Will and Codicil was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the above named Executor John Williams he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

A true Inventory of the several Goods and Chattels of the late Richard Williams of Chwillan in the Parish of Llanllechid made by the authority and at the request of John Williams of Chwillan, aforesaid, viz Owen Hughes, Owen Jones and Richard Thomas, substantial Farmers - and having made it so true to the best of our judgement.
