Edmond Pritchard, Fedw, Llanllechid, : Will 1823.
In the name of God Amen.I Edmond Pritchard of Fedw in the Parish of Llanllechyd and County of Carnarvon, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make this my last Will and Testament in the Form and manner following - that is to say I give and bequeath to my eldest son Richard Edmond now living at Plas Ofa the sum of Ten pounds, as to the residue of all my Property, Goods, Chattels of every kind and wheresoever the same may be found at the time of my death; I give and bequeath them between my wife Sarah Jones and my son John Edmond to be equally divided between them.
I also hereby appoint my said wife Sarah Jones and my said son John Edmond to be joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, and I also declare this to be last Will and Testament as witness my hand and seal this ninth day of September 1822.

On the 29th day of July in the year of our Lord 1823, the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration of all and singular the Goods and Chattels, Rights and Credits of the said deceased granted to the within Executor John Edmond (Power being reserved for Sarah Jones the other Executrix within named), he being first personally sworn as the Law directs and that the whole of the said Goods and Chattels do not amount in value to £100.
