Henry Edward, Corbri, Llanllechid, Farmer : Will 1822.
In the name of God Amen.I Henry Edward of Corbri in the Parish of Llanllechid in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being of sound understanding but mindful of my mortality do this twenty fourth day of January 1822 make this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
I give and bequeath unto the three children of Richard Evans and of my late Daughter Grace Parry the sum of six pounds, thirteen shillings and four pence each (viz) Twenty pounds between yhr three said children, the interest of which to be paid annually towards their schooling and the principal to be paid each on arriving to the age of eighteen years. And if either of them dies before arriving to eighteen years then the share of the same shall be divided between the survivors or devolve to the survivor, but if the three should die before they come to eighteen years, then their legacies as above bequeathed shall be shared between children of my son William Parry.
Nevertheless if it should be thought advisable to apprentice any of my late Daughter's children, it is my will in this case that the above Legacy should be paid for that purpose even before the completion of the age of eighteen years.
Also, I give bequeath and devise unto my wife Grace William and unto my son William Parry jointly all my Rights and Title to be in the lease of the Tenement of Corbri aforesaid which I now occupy and hold, which lease was grant to me by the late Right Honourable Lord Penrhyn. And my design is if my wife Grace William happen then and in such case she and any future husband shall be excluded and cast out from any profit or benefit of the said above lease.
And I give all my right and title in the said lease to my son William Parry (so soon if a marriage take place)
And also I give and bequeath unto my said wife Grace William all the sheet which is belong to me and half of all my personal property, the other half of all my property I give and bequeath to my said son William Parry.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son William Parry and my wife Grace William Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all and every former Wills at any time by me made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed, sealed declared and published by the above named Henry Edward as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

On the 29th day of November 1822, the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executors William Parry and Grace William, they being first personally sworn in common form of Law anf that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £200.
