Ann William, Ty Gwyn, Llanllechid, Widow : Will 1807.

In the name of God Amen.

I Ann William of Ty Gwyn in the Parish of Llanllechid in the County of Carnarvon, Widow of William Parry late of the same place, Parish and County, being mindful of my mortality, do this 3rd day of June in the year of our Lord 1806 make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following.

That is to say, First I give and bequeath unto my eldest Daughter Sarah William my own Bed, Bedstead and Bed Clothes.

Also I give and bequeath unto my second Daughter Mary William, wife of William Roberts of Llanfairfechan in the County of Carnarvon, the sum of ten pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Grandson William Williams, son of my said Daughter Mary William, the sum of ten pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Evans four ewes and four lambs.

And as to all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be, and not herein before given and disposed of, after payment of my debts, legacies, funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will, I do hereby give and bequeath the same unto my eldest Daughter Sarah William and unto my youngest Daughter Jane Williams jointly, but if my said Daughter Sarah William should die before her youngest sister my said Daughter Jane William, then it is my Will that my Daughter Jane William should stand and be possessed of all such Residue and Remainder.

And I do hereby make constitute and appoint my said youngest Daughter Jane William Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand and seal the day and year first above written. The mark of Ann William.

Signed sealed published and declared by said Ann William as and for her last Will in the presence of us.

On the 4th day of May in the year of our Lord 1807 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid, and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Jane Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £220.
