John Williams, Mur y Cwymp Llangybi, Farmer : Will 1853.

In the name of God Amen.
I John Williams of Mur y Cwymp in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer being sick in body but of sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same, do this sixth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty one make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say.

First I give and bequeath unto my son William the sum of fifteen pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my grandson John son of Robert Humphreys the sum of one pound.

Also I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Ann, daughter of the said Robert Humphreys the sum of one pound.

As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects and credits of what nature kind and quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give the same and every part thereof equally between my son Griffith and my daughter Margaret, but my daughter Margaret to pay to my son Griffith the sum of twenty five pounds.

Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my son Griffith and my said son Griffith and my said daughter Margaret Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator John Williams as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the 30th day of December 1852 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor and Executrix, Griffith Jones and Margaret Jones, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.

The deceased died the 19th day of July 1851.

Probate granted 11th January 1853.
