Isaac Morris, Pentyrch Isaf Llangybi, Farmer : Will 1850.

In the name of God Amen.
I Isaac Morris of Pentyrch Isaf in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner form following, that is to say.

I give and bequeath unto my step daughter Jane Roberts, only daughter of my late wife Jane Morris the sum of one hundred pounds, which said sum of one hundred pounds is now a debt upon Pencaenewydd Chapel secured by the note of hand of three of the Trustees of the Calvanistic Methodist body.

All the rest and residue of my personal estate consisting of my farming stock, money, securities for money, goods, chattels and credits of what kind soever, after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses. I give and bequeath unto my stepson Robert Roberts, only son of my late wife Jane Morris and unto my aforesaid stepdaughter Jane Roberts, only daughter of my late wife Jane Morris, share and share alike.

And I do hereby constitute nominate and appoint my said stepson Robert Roberts and my said stepdaughter Jane Roberts, Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Will or Wills heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty five (1845).

On the 26th day of July in the year of our Lord 1850 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor and Executrix, Robert Roberts and Jane Roberts, he and she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to three hundred pounds.
