William Williams, Coedcaebach Llangybi, Farmer : Will 1847.
In the name of God Amen.I William Williams of Coedcaebach in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being sick and weak in body, but of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, do this tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six (1846) make publish and declare this my last Will ans Testament in form and manner following. Viz.
First I give devise and bequeath all my landed property called and known by the name of Gallt y ffynon and Caergors, situate in the Parish of Llanfihangel y Pennant in the County of Carnarvon or elsewhere unto my two sons, John Williams and William Williams, to them their heirs and assigns for ever. Nevertheless subject to the Mortgage and Interest thereon now charged on the said premises and also subject to the Dower due there from to my wife Martha Williams during the term of her natural life and also subject to the said annual Interest and the said Dower I give and bequeath one half of the whole remaining annual rent after the aforesaid deductions unto my son Evan Williams and my daughter Jonnet Williams during the time they continue unmarried, but in case that either my said son Evan Williams or my said Daughter Jonnet Williams marries, then that he or she so marrying shall have the sum of two hundred pounds in lieu, or stead of their, his, or she so marrying's share of the said rents, and I charge all my real estate with the payment thereof, by my sons John Williams and William Williams and them to take such share of such rent in lieu of the said payment so made of the sums of two hundred pounds, to each of my said son Evan and my daughter Jonnet if they marry.
My other children, that are not named in this my Will, I consider that I have given them according to my ability. But my Will and wish is that each of them, not so named, shall have the sum of two shillings and sixpence each.
As to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Personal Estate, Effects and Credits of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be or consist of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof equally between my said beloved wife Martha Williams and my said four children namely John Williams, William Williams, Evan Williams and Jonnet Williams, so long as they continue unmarried, but in case, either of them should marry, that they hoe or she, so marrying shall have their his or her so marrying shall have their share at a fair valuation and quit Coedcaebach and leave a home for the others unmarried.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Martha Williams and my said four children, viz. John Williams, William Williams, Evan Williams and Jonnet Williams, Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made, declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the said tenth day of December in the year of our Lord 1846.

On the twenty eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven the aforesaid written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Martha Williams, John Williams, William Williams, Evan Williams and Jonnet Williams, Joint Executors, they having been first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of three hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 10th day of April 1847.
A true and perfect Inventory of all the Household Goods Furniture Chattels and Effects of the late William Williams of Coedcaebach in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon made by us (Gratis) the 18th day of June 1847.
