Eleanor Davies, Orseddfawr Llangybi, Widow : Will 1845.

In the name of God Amen.
I Eleanor Davies of Orsedfawr in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor. Widow, do this twenty second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six (1836) being of sound mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same make publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.

As to all my Worldly Goods Chattels and Credits that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my son William Davies and my daughters Jane and Elizabeth Davies.

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son William Davies and my daughters Jane and Elizabeth Davies, Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made and declaring this to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Testatrix Elianor Davies as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the second day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named William Davies, Jane Davies and Elizabeth Davies, Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.

The Testator died on the 30th day of December 1844.

A true and perfect Inventory of the fourth part of the stock, crop, personal estate, effects and Credits of the late Ellinor Davies of Gorseddfawr in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, deceased, made by us (Gratis) the 18th day of March 1845.
