William Thomas, Tanyrallt Llangybi, Weaver : Will 1844.
In the name of God Amen.The fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one.
I William Thomas of Tanyrallt in the Parish of Llangybi, County of Carnarvon, Diocese of Bangor, Weaver, being through the grace of God in a sound state of mind and memory but calling to mind that it is appointed to all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, that is to say.
I give and bequeath and dispose of my property in the manner and proportions here following.
I give and bequeath to my son Thomas the sum of ten pounds.
And to my son William the sum of ten pounds.
And to my daughter Mary the sum of six pounds.
And to my daughter Jane the sum of six pounds.
And I give and bequeath to my son Griffith, whom I constitute and appoint my Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, all and singular my property after payment of my just debts, funeral expenses, the charges of proving this my last Will and Testament and the legacies herein before mentioned, which legacies I order to be paid by my Executor within twelve months from the time of my decease.
And I do hereby utterly dis-annul and revoke all and every other former Wills, Testaments Legacies, Bequests made by me, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

On the fifteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four (1844), the within Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Griffith Williams, son and Sole Executor, he having been first personally sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of two hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Credits of William Thomas of Tanrallt in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Weaver, deceased.
