Griffith Thomas, Glasfryn Bach Llangybi, Farmer : Will 1841.
In the Name of God Amen.I Griffith Thomas of Glasfryn Bach in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, Viz.
First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Catherine Williams the sum of five pounds, annual for and towards her maintenance during the period of her natural life.
Also I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Ann Humphreys the sum of five pounds.
As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever, I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my son William and my daughter Ann, after payment and satisfaction of my debts and funeral expenses.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son and daughter William and Ann, Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made and declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Griffith Thomas as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the twenty fifth day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty one, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named William Griffith and Anne Griffith, Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels Effects and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value of one hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Effects of the late Griffith Thomas of Glasfryn Bach in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, deceased made by us (Gratis) the 12th day of May 1841.
