Ellianor Thomas, Tir bach Llangybi, Widow : Will 1838.
In the name of God Amen.I Ellianor Thomas of Tir bach in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Widow, being in tolerable state of health and of sound mind memory and understanding, praised be Almighty God for the same, do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.
As to all my worldly Goods Chattels and Credits that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease, of what kind nature or quality soever the same may be or consist of I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my daughter Mary Jones and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter Mary Jones Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this to be my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven (1837).
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Ellianor Thomas, as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the 22nd day of May in the year of our Lord 1838 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Mary Jones Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of twenty pounds.
