Owen Griffith, Tyddyn y Llan Llangybi, Farmer : Will 1833.
In the name of God Amen.I Griffith Owen of Tyddyn y Llan in the village of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, being of perfect mind and memory do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
I give and bequeath to William Owen of Gwindy in the Parish of Llanfihangel y Pennant in the said County of Carnarvon, Farmer, Thomas Jones of Tyn Lone in the Parish of Llangybi in the said County, Farmer, and Robert Thomas of Tynllan in the said Parish of Llangbyi in the said County, Shopkeeper, the whole of my property of every description after payment of my just debts, for the sole benefit of Griffith Humphreys the son of my Niece Catherine Roberts who is now living with me absolutely for ever. I also nominate and appoint the above named William Owen, Thomas Jones and Robert Thomas, Trustees for the said Griffith Humphreys until he attains the age of twenty one years to have the sole managemant of all my property with power for applying the Interest or produce thereof to the maintenance and education of the said Griffith Humphreys until he attains the said age of twenty one years.
And I do also make nominate constitute and appoint the said William Pwen, Thomas Jones and Robert Thomas, Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty first day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.

Thomas Jones Llangybi
The following must be considered as a codicil and part of my Will. I Hereby further appoint and nominate Ellis Roberts of Ynusleici in the Parish of Llanarmon in the County of Carnarvon, Farmer, one of the Trustees of Griffith Humphreys aforesaid, in co-operation with the before named William Owen, Thomas Jones and Robert Thomas. And I also do appoint and constitute the said Ellis Roberts Joint Executor of my last Will and Testament with the aforesaid William Owen, Thomas Jones and Robert Thomas. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty first day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
Signed sealed Published and declared by the said Griffith Owen the Testator as a codicil to his last Will and Testament in the presence of us. J Williams Thomas Jones On the eleventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three (1833) the aforesaid written Will and Codicil was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the aforesaid named William Owen, Thomas Jones, Robert Thomas and Ellis Roberts, Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of two hundred pounds.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels and Effects as well moveable as not moveable of Griffith Owen late of Tyddyn y Llan in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Farmer deceased, made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 3rd day of September in the year of our Lord 1833.
