Rowland Richard, Cader Elwa Llangybi, Gent : Will 1815.
In the name of God Amen.I Rowland Richard of Cader Elwa in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make this my last Will and Testament, on the first day of March in the year of our Lord onr thousand eight hundred and fourteen, in manner and form following, that is to say.
I give to my sister Catherine the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds of good and lawful money.
And I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my personal estate unto my dear brother John Richard and do hereby constitute and appoint him Sole Executor of this my Will.
Also I give and devise unto my said dear brother John Richard all my real estate to have and to hold to him, his heirs and assigns for ever.
And I do hereby revoke all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written. This writing was signed and sealed the above named Rowland Richard and by him published and declared as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in his presence.

On the thirteenth day of May in the year of our Lord 1814, the within written Wills was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executor John Richard, he being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased do not amount in value to £200.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Wares and Merchandises, as well moveable as not moveable of Rowland Richard late of Cader Elwa in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Gentleman deceased, made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed, the 14th day of March in the year of our Lord 1814.
