John Robert, Pentyrch Isa, Llangybi, Yeoman : Will 1807.

In the name of God Amen.
I John Robert of Pentyrch Isa in the Parish of Llangybi and County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being of perfect mind memory and understanding do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

Firstly I give and bequeath unto my son Robert Jones the sum of two hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Jones the like sum of two hundred of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto each of them respectively when they shall arrive at the age of eighteen years and the size of the above sum till the appointed time to be directed and managed by my hereafter mentioned Executrix and if either of my said son or daughter should happen to die before the age if eighteen years then my Will is that the survivor shall have the share of the so dying.

And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dear wife Jane Parry Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void all former and other Will by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Testator John Robert have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventh day of December one thousand eight hundred and six.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator John Robert as and for his last Will and Testament who having in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

On the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord 1807 the above or within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above or within named Executrix Jane Parry, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £600.
before me William Williams Surrogate.

Probate granted 27th April 1807.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Wares and Merchandises, as well moveable as not moveable of John Roberts late of Pentyrch Isa in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Yeoman deceased, made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 22nd day of December in the year of our Lord 1806.
