Humphrey William, Bryn y bugeludd Llangybi, Yeoman : Will 1807.
In the name of God Amen.I Humphrey William of Brynnbogelydd in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being through infinite mercy in more than ordinarily bodily health and a perfectly sound and composed mind, knowing the certainty of death and yet the uncertainty of the time I shall be called by it to my long home, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
First I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Gwen Humphrey the sum of one shilling.
And as to all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind and quality soever the same may be and not herein before given and dispose of I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof after payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses unto my dearly beloved wife Ann Jones whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelvth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two.
Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Humphrey William as his last Will and Testament in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.

On the fourteenth day of August in the year of our Lord 1806 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Anne Jones, she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
