John Roberts Tyddyn y Felin Plas Du in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, his Will by word of mouth made and declared by him about the 22nd day of May 1805 in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.My Will is that I give and bequeath unto my son Robert the sum of five shillings of lawful money of England.
And all the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and what nature kind or quality soever the same may be or not herein before given and disposed od after payment of my debts legacy and funeral expenses I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Elianor Thomas my loving children William, John, Jane, Mary and Gaynor whom I appoint jointly and severely Executors of this my last Will and Testament (the very words)

On the 12th day of June in the year of our Lord 1805 the above Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executors, Eleanor Thomas and William Jones, they being first sworn in common form and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100. Power being reserved for John Jones, Jane Jones, Mary Jones and Gainor Jones the other Executors they all being minors to take upon them the Executors thereof when they attain to proper age and shall lawfully demand the same.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Wares and Merchandises as well moveable as not moveable of John Roberts late of Tyddyn y Felin, Plas Du in the Parish of Llangybi and County of Carnarvon, Labourer deceased, made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 4th day of June 1806.
