Richard Morris, Ynys Wenn Llangybi, Yeoman : Will 1794.

In the name of God Amen.
I Richard Morris of Ynnys Wenn in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, being sick and weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form followinf, that is to say.

First, I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Margaret the sum of seventeen pounds of lawful money of Great Britain.

Also I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Ann the sum of five pounds of lawful money.

Also I give and bequeath unto my son John the sum of five pounds of like lawful money.

Also I give and bequeath unto my grandchild Richard, son of my son John Prichard the sum of five pounds of like lawful money.

Also I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Jane the sum of twelve pounds of like lawful money.

Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum of twelve pounds of like lawful money.

Also I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Catherine the sum of seventeen pounds of like lawful money which said several and respective legacies I Will and order to be paid unto them respectively so soon as one year after my decease shall be expired by my Executrix herein after named.

And all the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and of what nature kind and quality soever the same may be and not herein before given and disposed of after payment of my debts legacies and funeral expenses. I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Lowry her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her, and their own use and benefit absolutely. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said daughter Lowry Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Will or Wills at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be and continue my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 5th day of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and ninety four.

Signed sealed declared and published by the said Richard Morris as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us.

On the 24th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Lowry Richard, she being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs.

On the 30th day of July 1794 probate of this Will was granted to Lowry Richard the daughter of the deceased and the Sole Executrix named in the said Will having been first sworn duly to Administer.
