Evan Francis, Llwynhelig Llangybi, Yeoman : Will 1794.

In the name of God Amen.
I Evan Francis of Llwyn helig in the Parish of Llangybi and County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.

I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Evans the sum of two shillings and six pence.

I give and bequeath to my son Ffrancis Evans the sum of two shillings and six pence.

Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Magdalen Evans the sum of two shillings and six pence.

And as for all the rest and residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and where soever and of what nature and kind soever / except what is herein before specifically given and bequeathed after payment and satisfaction of all my just debts and funeral expenses by my Executrixes herein after named. I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my dear and beloved wife Cathrine Roberts and my daughter Cathrine Evans which I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Co-Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last. In witness whereof I the said Evan Ffrancis have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Evan Ffrancis as and for his last Will and Testament in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names. Robert Owen Owen Thomas On the thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety four, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Catherine Roberts and Catherine Evans, Co-Executrixes, they being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs.

On the 4th day of February 1794 probate of this Will was granted to Catherine Roberts the widow and relict of the deceased and Catherine Evans the daughter of the deceased and the Executrixes named in the said Will having been first sworn duly to Administer.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods Chattels Wares and Merchandises, as well moveable as not moveable of Evan Francis late of Llwynhelig in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Yeoman, deceased, made by us whose names are hereunto subscribed the 26th day of December in the year of our Lord 1793.
