Richard Rowland Cader Elwa Llangybi : Will 1793.
In the name of God Amen. I Richard Rowland of Caderelwa in the County of Carnarvon do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say - whereas by my marriage settlement dated 30th July 1767, a power is given to charge my estate called Caderelwa, with any sum of money, not exceeding the sum of one hundred and sixty pounds.Now I do in consequence thereof charge the same with the sum of one hundred and forty pounds, to be paid in such shares proportions and times as are hereafter declared.
I do direct that the sum of two pounds and ten shillings shall be paid yearly and every year, for the term of twenty years by the inheritor of Caderelwa, to my son John Pritchard, if he shall so long live.
The sum of two pounds and five shillings yearly for the like term of twenty years to my daughter Catherine, if she shall so long live.
And the like sum of two pounds and five shillings yearly to my daughter Elinor, the wife of Richard Smallwood, for the same term of twenty years, if she shall so long live.
And immediately on the decease of each of the three, the remainder of the money transpired? Term of twenty years shall sink into the inheritance.
I give and bequeath to my wife Gwladys, all my personal estate and effects of what nature or sort soever they may be and appoint her Sole Executrix of this my Will dated the 2nd day of September in the year of our Lord 1790. Signed sealed published and declared the day and year above written, in the presence of us

On the 15th day of November in the year of our Lord 1792 the above or within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix Gwladys Evans, she being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs Befor me W Evans Surrogate
On the 16th day of July 1793 probate of this Will was granted to Gwladys Evans, the Widow and Relict of the said deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will - having been first sworn duly to administer.
