William Prichard, Ty'n Lon Uchaf Llangybi, Yeoman : Will 1779.
In the name of God Amen.I William Prichard of the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon, Yeoman, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
I give and bequeath to my son Richard William four pounds sterling.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Katherine William four pounds sterling.
I also give and bequeath to my son Thomas William five pounds sterling.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary William one pound sterling.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Ann William four pounds sterling.
I also give and bequeath to my son John William ten shillings.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Dorothy William ten shillings.
And as for the rest and residue of all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever (except what is herein before specifically given and bequeathed) after payment of and satisfaction of all my just debts and funeral expenses by my Executrix herein after named I give leave devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my dear and beloved wife Ann Thomas which I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my only and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this only as and for my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said William Prichard have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy nine.
Signed sealed published and delivered by the said Testator William Prichard as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of Robert William Hugh Jones On the 17th day of April in the year 1779 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to Anne Thomas the within appointed Executrix, she being first personally sworn in the Holy Evangelists, as the Law directs
