Robert Griffith, Glasfryn Fawr Llangybi, Tenant : Will 1747.
In the name of God Amen.I Robert Griffith of Glasfryn Fawr in the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor being sick in body but of perfect memory and remembrance praised be God, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping through the meritoriocy death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and to inherit everlasting life, and for my body to be buried in a Christian burial at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named.
As for all and singular my worldly goods chattels cattle credits and demands whatsoever wheresoever and of what nature soever they be or may be, I give bequeath and dispose unto my dear wife Elizabeth Williams upon condition that she shall pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
And I do make and appoint her my said dear wife Elizabeth Williams Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, revoking and making void all other Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty seven.

July 1st 1747 was proved approved and decreed for valid in common form of Law this within written, and Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits unto the Executrix within named being first sworn as the Law directs for the due Executrix, everyone's rights being served
