Gainor David, Tyddyn Ucha Llangybi, Widow : Will 1736. 

In the name of God Amen.
I Gainor David of the Parish of Llangybi in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Widow, being sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of thy mortal life do make this my last Will and Testament as followeth, that is principally and above all things, I command my soul to God in sure and certain hope of pardon thro the merits and intercession of my blessed Redeemer and my body to the Earth to be buried after a decent and Christian manner after the discretion of my Executor hereafter named and as touching such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give bequeath and dispose of the same in the following manner.

Imprimis.
I Will that my debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged.

Item. I give and bequeath to my son David Parry the sum of one pound sterling British money.

Item. To my son Hugh Parry the sum of four pounds. The like sum of four pounds to my son John Parry.

Item. I give to my daughter Mary Parry the wife of William Thomas Corvisier the sum of ten shillings.

Item. To my daughter Jane Parry the wife of Hugh Griffith the sum of eighteen pence. Item. To my grand daughter Mary Parry the sum of five shillings.

To my grand daughter Margaret Parry the sum of two shillings and six pence.

All the rest and residue of my personal estate goods cattle and chattels whatsoever I give and bequeath to my beloved son William Parry.

Item. I nominate constitute and appoint William Parry my said son full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the last day of August in the year of our Lord 1736.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Gainor David to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us subscribers and witnesses.

Was proved approved and declared for valid in common form the within written Will and Administration of the goods and chattels of the within named Testatrix committed to the Executor within mentioned being first sworn upon the Holy Evangelist for the due Administration thereof, everyone's right being saved and reserved.
