Elizabeth Evans, Llidiarda, Aberdaron, Widow : Will 1824.
In the name of God Amen.I Elizabeth Evans alias Elizabeth of Llidiarda in the Parish of Aberdaron in the County of Carnarvon, Widow and Administratrix of the late Rowland Preese being very weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Viz.
First I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine Rowland the sum of Fifteen pounds sterling.
I do likewise give and bequeath unto my daughter Ellin wife of Cadwalader Hughes the like sum of Fifteen pounds.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Rowland the sum of Five pounds.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Rowland the sum of Two pounds.
I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Rowland all the rest and residue that I shall happen to be and remain at the time of my decease after my debts and funeral charges is paid.
Lastly I constitute nominate and appoint my son in law Robert Williams, husband of my said daughter Mary Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal the 27th day of February in the year 1823.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix for and as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us whose names are hereunto subscribed as witnesses the day and year above written.

On the 27th day of November in the year of our Lord 1823 the above written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the above named Executor, Robert Williams, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

Probate granted 12th February 1824.
