Mary Roberts, Pwllheli, Widow : Will 1829.
I Mary Roberts widow of the late Revd. J Roberts, Rector of Llanengan, deceased do declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the manner following.I give and bequeath all the inventory I may die possessed of to be equally divided between my three daughters or as many of them as may survive me and at either of their deaths their share to go to the survivor of them, the last survivor to have the power of disposing of it by Will or otherwise.
I appoint my said three daughters Sidney, Dorothy and Anne Roberts to be Executrixes of this Will given under my hand and seal the 24th day of January 1825.
Signed and sealed in the presence of Thomas Richard and Elizabeth Richard.
On the 14th day of November in the year of our Lord 1829 the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Joint Executrixes, Sidney Roberts, Dorothy Roberts and Jane Roberts, they being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £600.
