Owen Evan, Talywaun, Llanllechid,  : Will 1822.

In the name of God Amen.

I, Owen Evan of Talywaun in the Parish of Llanllechid in the County of Carnarvon, and Diocese of Bangor, being weak in body, but of sound mind, memory and understanding, do this Nineteenth day of December 1821, make and declare my last Will and Testament in the following manner, that is to say.

First, I give and bequeath unto my son John Owen the sum of Four pounds.
I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Fanny Williams thw sum of Twelve pounds together with one press cupboard in the chamber and one large cupboard in my kitchen, and one bed and bed clothes.
All the Rest, Residue and Remainder of my Effects, Goods and Chattels I give and bequeath unto my son William Owen and I do nominate and appoint him Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament as witness my hand this 19th day of December 1821.

Signed, sealed, published and declared in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto.

On the 3rd day of September 1822 the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in common form of Law decreed valid, and Administration granted to the within named William Owen, he being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
