Robert Williams, Talybraich, Llanllechid, Farmer : Will 1814.

In the name of God Amen.

I Robert Williams of Talybraich in the Parish of Llanllechid, in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, being weak in Body, but of a sound Mind, Memory and Understanding, do this Thitieth Day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, make and declare my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following.

That is to say : First, I give and bequeath unto my eldest Daughter Anne Roberts the sum of one hundred pounds when she arrives at the age of one and twenty.
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Roberts the sum of one hundred pounds when she arrives at the age of one and twenty.
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Roberts the sum of one hundred pounds when she arrives at the age of one and twenty.
All the rest, Residue and Remainder of my Effects, Goods and Chattels, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Roberts, my Daughter Margaret Roberts and my son William Roberts, share and share alike, and I appoint them Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

If either of my last mentioned son or daughter should marry before fifteenyears are expired from the datehereof, then they are only to hava thirty pounds a piece.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of April 1813.

On the 7th day of January in the year of our Lord 1814, the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved and in Common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted unto Margaret Roberts, one of the Executors within named, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £600.

Power being reserved to Margaret Roberts and William Roberts the son and daughter and the other Executor and Executrix within named to take upon them the Execution thereof till they come to full age and shall lawfully require the same.
