Gaynor Joseph, Cae'r Go, Abererch, Widow : Will 1832.

In the name of God Amen. I Gaynor Joseph of Cae'r Go in the Parish of Abererch, in the County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor, Widow, do this thirteeth day of July in the year of aour Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty One (1831) being in sound mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same make publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz

First I give and bequeath unto my sister Catherine Joseph the sum of Six Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my niece Jane daughter of the late William Griffiths the sum of Ten Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my sister Jane Jospeh the sum of Six Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my niece Ann Elias the sum of Five Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my nephew Joseph Elias the sum of Ten Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto my nephew David son of my late brother John Joseph the sum of Five Pounds.

Also I give and bequeath unto Thomas Lewise of Bwlch y Ffordd the sum of Twenty Pounds.

As to all the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be or conviel of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my niece Mary Elias and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said niece Mary Elias sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the day and year first above written. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Gaynor Joseph as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the second day of April in the year of our Lord 1832 the aforesaid written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and administration granted to the within named Mary Elias sole Executrix she being first sworn in common form of Law and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of £450.
before me William Williams Surrogate.

A true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods and Chattels Credits and Effects of the late Gaynor Joseph of Cae'r go in the Parish of Abererch, County of Carnarvon and Diocese of Bangor deceased made by us whose names are hureunto signed the 15th day of March in the year of our Lord 1832.
