FUNERAL OF MRS. O. D. ROBERTS.
The funeral of Mrs. Roberts, wife of Mr. 0. D. Roberts, Clogwyn, took place on Thursday last at the parish churchyard. The funeral was carried out under the New Burials Act, and was conducted by the Rev. David Evans, M.A, Barmouth.The cortege started from Clogwyn at two o'clock, and at Bethel (C.M.) Chapel a short service was held.
Among those present we noticed Messrs. O. D. Roberts and two sons - Willie Herbert and Richard Bowen Roberts; R. Williams. Frondirion. and R. Williams, Tanygader (father and brother of deceased; Rev. John Roberts, Ty Hen, Anglesey and Mr. Richard Roberts (Mr. Roberts' brothers); Rev. Ellis Edwards M A., Bala; Dr. Edwards, Mold (cousins of deceased); Mr. John Owen. Liverpool; Revs. D. Evans, M.A., Barmouth R. Williams, B.A., Dolgelley; Dr. Edward Jones, Caerffynnon; and Mr. D. E. Hughes (the undertaker).
