Richard Price, Ala, Pwllheli : Will 1857.

This is the last Will and Testament of Richard Price, Ala, Pwllheli in the County of Carnarvon, Mariner.

I give and bequeath all and singular my household furniture in the house at Ala aforesaid to my wife Lucy absolutely.

As to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and where soever situate I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof respectively unto my sister Elizabeth, the wife of Thomas Williams of Abererch Road, to hold to her absolutely for her own sole and separate use and benefit independent of her husband and I appoint my said sister Elizabeth Sole Executrix of this my last Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven.

Signed by the said Richard Price the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. And we certify that the same was read over and explained and perfectly understood and acknowledged by the Testator.

On the thirtieth day of March in the year of our Lord 1857, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Executrix, Elizabeth Williams, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.

The deceased died on the 13th day of February 1857.
