Daniel Davies, Morfa Cottage, Pwllheli : Bond 1853.
On the twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, personally appeared Elizabeth Anne Davies and alleged that Daniel Davies late of Morfa Cottage in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon died on or about the twenty seventh day of April in the year of our Lord 1853, intestate, without making a Will.That she this appearer is the lawful Widow and relict of the said deceased. Wherefore she prays that Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased be granted to her on giving the usual security.
Let Administration pass as parayed to the said Elizabeth Anne Davies, she being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits od the said deceased do not amount in value to £50.
