William Wilson, Tyddyn Bach, Pwllheli, Gentleman : Will 1839.
In the name of God Amen.I William Wilson of Tyddyn bach in the Parish of Denio in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, being sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding praised be Almighty God for the same, do this fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven (1837), make publish declare and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following. That is.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Phoebe Wilson all the personal property that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease of what kind nature or quality soever may be or consist of absolutely.
I appoint brothers John Prichard and Richard Prichard both of Pwllheli to be Guardians and Trustees to my children during their minority to assist their mother in bringing them up in a Christian and Godly life.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved wife Phoebe Wilson, Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void every other Will or Wills heretofore by me made declaring this and this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Wilson as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

On the thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord 1839, the within written Will was insinuated proved approved and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the named Phoebe Wilson, Sole Executrix, she being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of Twenty Pounds.
